Today, ATSSA announced the winner of its National Safety Award. Longtime ATSSA member Scott McCanna, the senior transportation project engineer for David Evans and Associates, Inc., was presented with the safety award during the Opening General Session of the American Traffic Safety Services Association’s (ATSSA’s) 49th Annual Convention & Traffic Expo in Tampa Bay, Florida.
