ATSSA offers the only training for sign inspectors designed to meet the minimum sign retroreflectivity requirements in the MUTCD, per the guidance document FHWA-SA-07-020. Available online, choose the minimum three-module, self-paced curriculum or purchase the entire six-module package at a reduced rate. Modules feature training on general retroreflectivity, traffic sign fundamentals, calibration signs procedure, comparison sign procedure, consistent parameters procedure and the measured sign retroreflectivity method. Entire six-module package Retroreflectivity for Sign Inspectors Course – All Modules Individual modules - If opting for the three-module curriculum, R101 and S101 are required prerequisites. Choose from S102, S103, S104, or S105 as the third-module elective.
