The ATSSA Online Flagger Certification Training Course provides key benefits:
When registering for training, please make sure the email address used belongs to the student taking the course. The student’s unique email address is required to provide access to the training course, provide any technical assistance and give them credit for attendance.
A computer or laptop must be used for online courses. ATSSA online training is not currently compatible with tablets or mobile devices.
A laminated flagger certification card will be mailed to those who pass the course. A temporary completion certificate can be printed immediately.
The ATSSA Online Flagger Certification Training Course is not accepted on state projects in: CA, FL, GA, IA, IL, MN, MS, MT, NC**, NE, NJ, NV, OR, RI, SC, SD, TX, UT, VA & WA. Please search for an Online Flagger course here or contact the ATSSA office for ATSSA Flagger training classes scheduled near you.
*The Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) is accepting ATSSA’s MA-specific Online Flagger Certification Training. Students must provide verification of First Aid or CPR training as a prerequisite to taking the online flagger course. To take ATSSA’s MA-specific online flagger course, call 540-368-1701 or email customerservice@atssa.com and have your CPR/First Aid number/code ready. An ATSSA team member will verify your number at CPRVerify.org, then register you for the course.
**Online flagger training is accepted in NC for recertification only.
Flagger Certification periods vary in some states from the industry standard four (4)-year period: CO, IA, ID, KS, KY, MA, MT, NE, OR, PA, VA, VT, WA, WV & WY. View all State Requirements.
