Helpful Hints

Use a computer or laptop to take the course. ATSSA online training is not currently compatible with tablets or mobile devices.
Avoid using Internet Explorer. Firefox is the recommended web browser for ATSSA online training.
The course will typically pop up in a separate window. Check your Pop-Up Blocker settings.

I didn't receive the email link. How do I proceed?

Check your email account’s Junk Folder for an email from CourseMill.
If registered by a colleague, check to makre sure your email address was used. A unique email address is required for each student to ensure they have access to the training course, receive technical assistance and are provided with credit for completing training.

How can I get back to the place where I left off in the course?

I cannot hear sound and cannot move forward in the course. Help!

Be sure to take the course on a computer, not a mobile device or tablet.
If you are using the Safari browser on a Mac computer please follow the following instructions:
1. Click on the Safari icon (top left of screen).
2. Click on Preferences.
3. Go to Websites.
4. On the left click AUTO-PLAY.
5. At the bottom, "ALLOW ALL AUDIO PLAY" only.
6. Restart the course window, the audio will start playing.

What if I get an error message that says "The ID/Password combination you have entered is invalid"?
